When the engine works at the end of the combustion process, a part of unburned mixture leaks into the crankcase from the piston ring under high pressure. These blowby gases will escape from the crankcase to the atmosphere, causing pollution.

PCV is short for forced ventilation of crankcase, which means active ventilation control system of crankcase (or oil pan) in Chinese. PCV valve consists of valve body, valve, bonnet and spring, which are inseparable. The gas in the crankcase is introduced into the intake manifold through the PCV valve, and a small amount of air directly enters the intake manifold from the air cleaner through the PCV valve, thus avoiding the phenomena of throttle freezing, insufficient combustion and emission deterioration. Prevent blowby gas from entering the atmosphere, and at the same time prevent engine oil from deteriorating.
