Shanxi lingshi specialty

Lingshi County is located in the middle of Shanxi Province, at the southern end of Jinzhong Basin, 50 kilometers away from Taiyuan/KLOC-0, bordering Jiexiu City in the north, Huozhou in the south, Qinyuan in the east, Jiaokou and Xiaoyi in the west, and is known as Yanji Palace and the classic of Qin and Shu.

1, pot pot. Lingshi dialect is called Geguo. Similar to noodle soup, but slightly thicker than noodle soup, it is a popular food with simple production and convenient eating, especially in the previous difficult times, and it has become one of the main foods to save food in farmers' daily life.

Before the Spring Festival, peasant women will knead dough-plastic products with patterns such as kitten, puppy, tiger, jade rabbit, chicken, duck, fish, frog, grape, pomegranate, eggplant and bergamot. It symbolizes good luck and prosperity.

5, Lingshi Vitex negundo honey. Vitex negundo is produced in Lingshi County, Jinzhong, which is one of the three major producing areas of Vitex negundo in North China and an important honey source base in Shanxi Province.
