The following is the adjustment method of the valve:

1. Remove the cylinder head covers of the first, second and third cylinders. Rotate the crankshaft so that each cylinder is at the top dead center, and at this time, the groove on the crankshaft pulley is aligned with the 0 scale on the first timing leather point cover;

2. Check whether the timing marks on the timing pulleys of the two camshafts are aligned with the timing marks on the fourth timing belt cover. If not, turn the crankshaft 360 degrees. Tighten the bearing cover fastening bolt to19.6n.m; Several times;

3. Check the intake valves of 1 cylinder and cylinder 4 and the exhaust valves of 1 cylinder and cylinder 5; Then turn the crankshaft by 240 degrees and check the second and fourth voting exhaust valves and the second and sixth cylinder intake valves. Write down all the measured data that exceed the specified value and determine the valve number that needs to adjust the clearance;

4. Remove the adjusting gaskets of all valves that need to be adjusted. In order to facilitate disassembly, it is best to make the convex angle of the cam face upwards and use special tools;

5. Measure the thickness of the adjusting gasket with a dial indicator with an outer diameter of 0 ~ 25 mm. Calculate the thickness of the new gasket to make the valve clearance meet the specified value.
