How to adjust the motorcycle valve of the injector?

1. Motorcycle valves must be installed in the engine cylinder head. The so-called valve adjustment refers to adjusting the relative distance between the valve rocker arm and the valve stem. The adjustment of this distance is realized by the adjustment screw on the valve rocker arm.

2. To adjust the valve:

A. Open the cylinder head cover, turn the magneto mark "T" counterclockwise, and then confirm that there is an axial gap between the intake and exhaust valves (adjust the coaxial direction of the bolts), which is the correct position.

If there is any abnormality, continue to rotate 360 counterclockwise until there is an axial gap between the intake valve and the exhaust valve.

B loosen the lock nut of the valve rocker arm, turn the adjusting bolt counterclockwise, put the feeler gauge (0.03mm) under the adjusting bolt, turn the adjusting bolt clockwise, and the fastening strength shall be subject to the slight resistance of the feeler gauge twitching, and then lock the nut.

C, according to the disassembly sequence to restore the original state, and then ignition.
