The warm water valve is located between the main water tank and the engine warm water tank.

The warm air water valve is the warm air switch of the automobile heater. The working principle of the automobile heater is that the radiator in the heater is connected with the circulating water of the engine through the inlet and outlet water pipes, and the water valve is a switch. The water valve is opened, the waterway is connected, the circulating water of the engine enters the radiator, and the fan blows heat into the cab. On the contrary, the water valve is closed and the warm air doesn't work.

The valve stem is arranged in the center of the valve body, and the part extending out of the valve body is bent. The end of the bending part is connected with the connecting rod of the vacuum plug-in assembly. The valve stem rotates with the change of vacuum insertion, and a valve disc is fixed on the valve stem. The valve disc is an oval metal sheet, and its shape and size are consistent with the inner wall of the valve body. With the rotation of the valve stem, the water temperature is adjusted to play the role of cooling and heating.

The warm air water valve comprises a valve body, a valve cover, a valve flap and a vacuum plug-in assembly, wherein the vacuum plug-in assembly is fixed with the valve body, and the valve body has a four-way pipe structure, and the upper part of the valve body is provided with a drainage pipe, a water outlet pipe and a cold water inlet pipe. The valve cover and the warm water inlet pipe are connected to the valve cover, and the valve cover is fixedly connected with the valve body in a sealed manner.
