What are the steps of radiator suppression test?

1. All waterways should be subjected to pressure test after reconstruction. Pressure test is to check whether there is water leakage after the waterway reconstruction is completed. Tap water generally runs at 1.5 atmospheric pressure, and the pressing experiment at 6 pressures is normal. After the pressure is stabilized, it will not drop for 30 minutes. (Suppression time must be calculated after voltage stabilization. )

2. As long as the heating and pipes are replaced, or new geothermal energy is used, the test should be carried out. Six pressures (0.6Mpa) are enough, because six pressures are the test pressures themselves, and it is best for high-rise houses to reach 8 atmospheres. Because there is air in the pipe, it is normal that the pressure is unstable at first, but it can be maintained at a certain pressure for 30~40 minutes after it is reduced to a certain pressure. After the pressure is stabilized, the pressure drop within half an hour is less than 0.05Mpa.

3. Too much pressure (more than 10) and too long pressing time (more than 2 hours) are not good for the pipeline.

4. If the pressure drops by 0.05 within 30 minutes, it is normal. If the later pressure remains unchanged, it can be judged as qualified. If the pressure continues to drop, it should be re-tested.
