2. Sowing and raising seedlings

Before planting sweet potatoes, you should choose seed potatoes with big size, no damage and no pests, then put them in carbendazim, soak them for 10 minutes, bury them in fertile and loose seedling soil, cover them with a layer of hay, and finally cover them with thin soil and plastic film to wait for the seed potatoes to germinate.

3. Transplanting and planting

After the sweet potato seedlings grow to 30-40 cm long, the three-leaf seedlings should be cut off, planted in sunny, ventilated and open fields in rainy days, and the spacing between plants should be kept at about 30 cm, and then the sweet potatoes should be watered once with human excrement to promote the seedlings to take root and sprout and survive smoothly.

5. Preventive measures

When planting sweet potatoes, except for the high temperature and high light intensity in summer, basically other solar terms can be planted, but continuous rainy weather should be avoided when planting, because such weather will reduce the inventory of sweet potato seedlings and reduce the yield of sweet potatoes.
