How to use aromatherapy

The use of aromatherapy includes massage, bathing and inhalation.

1, massage method: add the essential oil of aromatherapy to the oil in the original plant, and then put it in a container and stir it evenly. The ratio is 12 drops of essential oil and 25 ml of medium oil, which are used for local body massage.

2. Bathing method: put 8 ~ 10 drops of essential oil into the warm water in the bathtub to take a bath or foot bath, and relax and soak for about 20 minutes. Stir the essential oil evenly before soaking, and the water temperature should not be overheated, otherwise the essential oil will evaporate quickly.

3. Inhalation method: add 1 ~ 3 drops of aromatic essential oil to a small pot of hot water, put your head into the small pot, cover your head with a towel for several minutes, and inhale the aromatic vapor emitted from the pot.

Matters needing attention in the use of aromatherapy:

1, Aromatherapy essential oil is flammable liquid, please do not drink it. Keep away from the flame, avoid direct heat or sunlight, do not place it at will, and keep it out of the reach of children.

2. When adding aromatherapy essential oil, don't be too close to the fire source. If the essential oil overflows from the bottle, please make sure to wipe it clean before lighting it.

3. Please avoid long-term use in a closed space without air conditioning or poor ventilation.
