Physiological bone sound
If it is physiological, painless, the skin surface is not red and swollen, and it will not cause discomfort to other parts of the body, no special treatment is needed.
Physiological bone response is actually the snapping sound of joints, which refers to the sound made by human joints during exercise. Usually our joint ring is a "bubble ring". It turns out that the joints are filled with interstitial fluid and gas, which plays a certain role in lubrication. When the joint is stretched, the air bubble will be squeezed and the joint capsule will vibrate, forming a "bang bang bang" sound.

Pathological bone sound
Bones ring for a while. After the air bubbles in the joint capsule are crushed, it takes some time to be reabsorbed. After about 20 minutes, the same joint may ring again. If a person's joints can keep ringing, then you need to see a doctor. Check the knee joint for fluid or something.
