The debugging steps of cylinder clamping induction are as follows. When the cylinder is clamped, no signal is detected. Determine if the sensor is damaged. If there is no damage, use a wrench to test whether the signals of the sensor in the clamping (C) and opening (O) positions are normal. The sensor can't detect it. Please check the gap between the press block and the bracket. The standard is 0.3mm? , press the block to support quickly? The distance between the plates is 0.3 mm smaller than the thickness of the plates. If it is not detected, please confirm whether the device is restricted. Limit position: Take off the external limit for clamping test. If a signal is detected, it means that the external limit is not accurate enough for dimensional processing.
