How to disassemble the diesel Audi q7 turbocharger?

Disassembly steps of diesel Audi q7 turbocharger:

1. Disconnect the negative connection of the battery. Drain the coolant and remove the air filter.

2. Remove the clamp between the air flow meter and the air inlet of the turbocharger, and then remove the air inlet pipe. Cover the open ends of the air flow meter and turbocharger.

3. Loosen the clamps of turbocharger and exhaust hose, and the clamps of intake and intake hose of throttle body. Remove the turbocharger-throttle body hose and plug each open end.

4. Remove the nut connecting the turbocharger and the middle exhaust hose, and the nut connecting the front exhaust pipe and the turbocharger.

5. Remove and plug the coolant nozzle.

6. Remove the bolt fixing the oil supply pipe to the turbocharger, the clamp connecting the turbocharger and the oil return arm, and the oil return hose.

7. Remove the turbocharger from the exhaust pipe. Note: When removing the turbocharger, please remove the oil return hose.
