Can be processed into canned snails with salt and wine stains and sold to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and Southeast Asia. Frozen slices of snail meat are also very popular in European and American markets. It is reported that the annual sales volume of snails in Shanghai has exceeded 1000 tons, with an annual growth rate of 30%. Guangdong, Shenzhen and other large and medium-sized cities are in short supply and expensive. Because of their limited wild resources, artificial propagation has not been well developed. Therefore, experts believe that there is much to be done to actively develop aquaculture.
