There is a saying called "eat Toona sinensis buds on March 8", which means Toona sinensis will be listed around the eighth day of the third lunar month (around April in the solar calendar). Besides, Tomb-Sweeping Day is also a good time to eat Toona sinensis, usually in April. Toona sinensis trees in the south began to sprout at the end of February. Toona sinensis with purple leaves was listed earlier, and Toona sinensis with green leaves was listed in early April.
