Motorcycle throttle stuck

After the motorcycle started, the throttle wouldn't come down. First, check whether the throttle and oil needle can be lowered to the bottom. This situation is mostly related to the throttle line, throttle handle and throttle oil needle being stuck and unable to fall. If there is nothing wrong with the throttle pipe and oil needle, check whether the throttle valve or throttle valve is stuck and cannot be completely returned or closed, and whether there is slight air leakage. If necessary, try to change a carburetor.
