1. Start the engine with gasoline first, then switch from gasoline to natural gas, adjust the carburetor idle screw and change the throttle opening to make the engine run smoothly. In order not to start the engine frequently during debugging, the engine speed can be adjusted to a speed slightly higher than the idle speed.

2. With the throttle opening unchanged, adjust the manual knob of the three-stage spring, the adjusting knob of the idle solenoid valve and the power valve screw to make the engine speed reach the highest.

3. Adjust the carburetor idle screw to keep the engine at the lowest stable speed.

4. Adjust repeatedly according to the second and third methods until the throttle opening of the engine remains unchanged, so that the idle speeds of natural gas fuel and gasoline fuel are close to or consistent, and run stably.

5. Press the accelerator quickly to accelerate quickly and decelerate slowly respectively, and check the consistency of engine acceleration performance. If there is flameout, splashing or slow acceleration during acceleration, the manual knob, power valve and ignition advance angle of the tertiary spring should be debugged.

6. Turn off the power, stop the engine, and then start it with natural gas. Check and adjust the startability. The main debugging points are: idle solenoid valve adjusting knob, three-stage spring manual knob, power valve, ignition voltage, platinum gap, etc.

7. In the unit equipped with automobile chassis dynamometer and exhaust pollutant measuring instrument, start the automobile with natural gas, directly put it into gear, load it on the spot, make the power valve, that is, adjust the air-fuel ratio of the fuel mixture, so that the C value in the exhaust gas is lower than 1.5%, and the CO value and HC value are minimum when idling, and then fix the adjusting screw of the power valve.

8. Debug the engine starter with natural gas as fuel to meet the specified requirements. If it is unqualified, it should be readjusted until it is qualified.
