Epc lamp does not light up after ignition.

EPC, the engine electronic power control system, is also called electronic throttle. After the key door is opened, the vehicle will perform a self-test, and the EPC indicator light will light up for a few seconds and then go out. If the EPC indicator light does not go out after the vehicle is started, it means that the mechanical and electronic systems of the vehicle have failed. In EPC system, the accelerator cable is cancelled and replaced by pedal sensor. Based on the position data fed back by the pedal sensor, the engine control unit (ECU) will calculate the optimal target throttle opening and send a signal to the throttle drive motor to rotate the throttle to this angle. If the EPC indicator light is on all the time, but not after new ignition, there may be the following reasons: 1. This is normal. After the key door is opened, the vehicle starts self-inspection, and the EPC indicator lights up for a few seconds and then goes out. 2. In the EPC system, the previous throttle line was cancelled and replaced by the sensor system of the pedal device. The engine control unit (ECU) will calculate the optimal target throttle opening according to the position data fed back by the sensor of the pedal device, and send a signal to the throttle drive motor to make the throttle rotate to this angle. In either case, it is very important to repair the vehicle in time and ensure the driving safety.
