The throttle actuator is a stepping motor, which is responsible for controlling the throttle opening according to the instruction of the throttle control module. When operating in FMEM mode, this fault code will appear if the electronic control module detects that the throttle actuator control motor (TACM) system is in forced power limiting mode. Causes of failure include failure of TACM circuit or connector, failure of electronic control module (PCM or ECM), etc.

These two fault codes are mainly the first one. There is something wrong with the throttle position sensor. When the fault occurs, the computer can't know the actual situation of the driver controlling the throttle through the throttle position sensor, so the following fault code 2 106 will appear. When the fail-safe mode is implemented, you can only run to the 80 yards you said. Go and fix it. The problem is not big.
