09 Elantra solenoid valve replacement process

Specific steps:

1. Find the canister solenoid valve next to the throttle of Hyundai Elantra, and then remove the canister solenoid valve with a vice.

2. Unscrew the screw at the top of the carbon canister solenoid valve with needle-nosed pliers, and the carbon canister solenoid valve can be opened.

3. Dismantling the valve core will be accompanied by a large number of carbon particles, which are the objects we want to remove.

4. Wash the valve body with alcohol and then reinstall it.

Common faults of self-service gearbox solenoid valve: short circuit or open circuit of solenoid valve coil. The solution is to replace the solenoid coil. There is a problem with the solenoid plug/socket. The solution to the problem is to correct the wiring error and repair or replace the plug and socket.
