What are the causes of bubbles in silicone tubes?

There are two reasons for silicone tube foaming:

1. Raw material problem: It is estimated that transparent silica is impure or mixed with other silica.

2. Coking problem: uneven mixing of rubber compound, unreasonable filling amount, and poor control of rubber outlet temperature and time.

Specific solutions:

1: Aiming at the problem of raw materials: select transparent silica with good purity, clean it with a kneader, and then extract transparent rubber.

2. Aiming at the coking process: control the kneading temperature and time, extend the original kneading time by 5- 10 minutes, and then check the glue.
