Eating more foods that soften the liver and moisten the lungs, such as shepherd's purse, is good for the liver; Spinach is beneficial to the five internal organs and blood circulation; Chinese yam, spleen and lung; Light vegetables are good for yin and can nourish water and contain wood.
Qingming is the time when cold air and warm air meet alternately.
