What are the three prominent holes in the engines of those modified high-powered cars in the United States?

Some muscle cars in the United States are modified to get more NA (naturally aspirated) horsepower. All parts that hinder inhalation must be removed, such as air filter, intake pipe, etc. Therefore, the direct injection throttle (the highest intake boundary of NA engine) will extend out of the hood to obtain the best intake efficiency (maximum intake and cooler air). The three holes you see (sometimes 1-4) are the throttle. When you step on the accelerator, you will see the accelerator pedal open and close. It is not necessarily a pressurized air inlet, because the pressurized air inlet does not need to be porous, and a giant opening is enough.
