2. Abnormal sound of air conditioning pump. There are two main reasons for abnormal sound of air conditioning pump. The abnormal noise of electromagnetic clutch and bearing in air-conditioning pump is mainly caused by the increase of clearance caused by the wear of electromagnetic clutch, and the abnormal noise of bearing in air-conditioning pump is mainly caused by insufficient lubricating oil. If these two problems are not solved in time, the air conditioning pump will burn out and cannot be cooled.

3. The tension difference of compressor drive belt. If the transmission belt is too loose, the electromagnetic clutch is easy to slip; If the drive belt is too tight, the load on the electromagnetic clutch will increase. The tightness of the drive belt is not suitable. When it is light, it will make abnormal noise, and when it is heavy, it will damage the air conditioner compressor.
