1. Take rectangular acrylic cotton (ordinary cotton is also acceptable) and roll it into a cylinder (Figure 1).

2. Tie a colored rope on the upper part of the cotton drum (Figure 2).

3. Wrap the patterned colored paper on the drum to make clothes (Figure 3).

4. Roll the semi-circular colored paper into sharp corners and stick cotton on the top and brim of the hat to form a pointed hat (Figure 4).

5. Cut off one side of the round colored paper, roll it up and stick it into a hat (Figure 5).

6. Cut out a small disc with black paper, which is the doll's eyes, and cut out the doll's mouth with pink paper. You can cut it into a rectangle with cardboard and stick it on the bottom of the doll, so that the cotton doll can stand (Figure 6 and Figure 7).
