Changan Yuexiang's throttle valve disassembly method is as follows:

Before 1. starts, you need to wait for the machine to cool down before starting the following steps. It's not that the heat engine can't be cleaned, it's mainly to protect your little hand from being burned.

2. Unplug the car key, open the engine compartment cover and support it.

3. Remove the negative battery lead that must be removed. Otherwise, it is difficult to calibrate the car motherboard after cleaning.

4. Remove the plastic cover of the engine.

5. Loosen the clamping screw falling into the air pipe with a screwdriver and pull out the air inlet pipe.

6. Remove the three fixing screws of the throttle.

7. Unplug the cooling water pipe of the throttle valve, and be careful not to let the cooling water fall into the intake manifold.

8. Loosen the throttle cable screw (throttle tube), remove the throttle tube, and unplug the throttle control tube and idle motor tube.

9. It can be clearly seen that the front circle of the air inlet adjusting plate is already dark.

10. After cleaning, install it in the reverse order of disassembly;

1 1. Check whether all components are installed, and then connect the negative battery wire;

12. Correct the throttle of the automobile motherboard (very important). The correction method is as follows: before correction, make sure the gear is in neutral, pull the handbrake, step on the clutch and brake;

1) Insert the key, turn it to the "ON" position and wait for 30 seconds;

2) Turn off the key and wait for 30 seconds;

3) Repeat the above steps 1 and 2;

4) Start the car, idle for 3 minutes, stabilize the fuel filling valve to 3500 rpm, keep it stable 10 second, release the throttle and turn off the key.
