What fault light is VSC?

VSC is the fault light of electronic body stability system. VSC indicator light is one of the indicator lights on the dashboard of automobiles, which is common in Japanese cars. VSC is the name of Toyota, and other manufacturers are ESP. This is the active safety device of this car. If the fault light is on, you need to go to the 4S shop for computer test.

Generally speaking, this kind of fault will happen in many cases, because the ABS sensor signal is faulty. This kind of fault will happen when the steering wheel is not calibrated after power failure, and the tire does not meet the specifications. At the same time, abnormal engine data will also lead to this fault.

Secondly, because this system needs the cooperation of many systems, the problem is not necessarily VSC, but the operation data provided by other systems, which can only be determined by computer diagnosis and analysis.

The electronic body stability system will automatically integrate TRC (Tracking Anti-skid Control System), direction angle sensor, tail wagging sensor, wheel speed sensor and G sensor when the vehicle is violently controlled due to oversteer, understeer or obstacle avoidance. The braking of each wheel is started by VCS control, and the output of engine power is effectively adjusted by throttle control element and throttle opening sensor (turning-restraining excessive tire side slip).
