Then pull out two reference lines to the center of the circle (the reference lines can be displayed in the top menu-View-Check Ruler), and then select the Polygon tool. Pull out the five-pointed star at the center with your mouse finger, fill it with red, and check the-star in the upper right corner.
Next, select the ellipse tool, but this time change the "shape" in the upper left corner to "path", check the setting item in the upper right corner from the center, and then pull out a circular path to enter the text.
Select the text tool. When the mouse moves to the circular path, it will turn into a small wavy curve, and then you can enter text by clicking on it. If the circular path is not large enough, you can right-click on the circular path and change the path freely.
Finally, on the layer-merge the selected layers (CTRL+ left mouse button to select multiple layers), and then click the top menu-View-clear the reference line, and you can see the effect map.
In order to make the seal look covered, some filters will be done later.
CTRL+J copy the layer to make it a bronze engraving filter, and then set the blending mode to-light color.
