How to replace EGR waste gas valve in mazda 6
EGR valve, also known as exhaust gas recirculation valve, is a mechatronics product installed on diesel engine to control exhaust gas recirculation of intake system, and it is a very important and key component in exhaust gas recirculation device. Its function is to control the amount of exhaust gas entering the intake manifold and make a certain amount of exhaust gas flow into the intake manifold for recycling.
The failure of EGR valve is mostly due to carbon deposition and blockage in the passage, so the EGR valve should be cleaned or replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the engine. Cleaning EGR valve with carburetor cleaner can remove carbon deposits in intake, throttle and EGR valve. For the connecting pipe between EGR valve and air inlet, the pipe is slender and curved, so it can be sprayed with cleaning agent to burn it, and then gently knocked out after natural cooling.
