Is it a sacrifice to send money and vegetables?

It is the custom of the Yellow River Basin to distribute money and grain in the four solar terms. Every March 3, June 6, September 9 and September 15, we should earnestly seek peace. Money, grain, sacrificial paper and gold and silver paper cut open the stacked gold and silver ingots, chanting and burning them to the gods, praying for wealth and peace. It will be released in all seasons. It can't be sent later than noon, and it must be sent later than dinner.
