How to cook Ya 'an Gongjiao fish?

2. Mengshan tea

The soup color is Huang Liang transparent, sweet and tender, sweet and refreshing; The whole bud at the bottom of the leaf is pale yellow. The cultural allusion "Shangshu" says that "you can travel in Mengshan, but in Yazhou, Shu tea comes from this." Planting tea trees in Mengding as early as the Ganlu period of the Western Han Dynasty (53 BC), Wu Lizhen, a county native, personally planted seven kinds of "Ling Ming" between the five peaks, never leaving home, which was immortal but not surprising. 4. Asbestos Loquat
Asbestos loquat is a famous specialty in Shimian County, Ya 'an City, Sichuan Province. It has the characteristics of large fruit, sweet taste, soft and juicy pulp, high edible rate, premature delivery, late maturity (harvested in April-July) and storage and transportation resistance. It is the top grade of China loquat. Shimian County is located in the southwest of Sichuan Province, at the southernmost tip of Ya 'an City, bordering Hanyuan County and Ganluo County in the east, Yuexi County and Mianning County in the south, Jiulong County and Kangding County in the west and Luding County in the north. Sichuan is the main producing area of Achyranthes bidentata, so Achyranthes bidentata is called "Achyranthes bidentata". Tianquan is the main producing area of Radix Cyathulae.
