1. Singing and breathing exercises:

(1) breathe and shout.

Open your mouth, stick out your tongue, then start inhaling and exhaling, gradually from slow to fast. At this time, you will feel the belly swell and collapse with the breath, just like a dog panting with its tongue out on a hot summer day.

This exercise lasts for one or two minutes at a time, and keep practicing every day. As time goes on, the breathing rate is gradually accelerated. After this exercise, you can exercise your breath control ability, jumping ability, supporting ability and lasting ability, and the effect is excellent.

(2) Breathe fast and breathe slowly

Take a big breath at a very fast speed, the same action can't be too big, then hold your breath, and after a certain period of time (the length is up to you until you can't stand it anymore), slowly exhale through your nose.

2. The four points of ventilation:

(1) In most cases, the ventilation rule of singing is to sing a sentence and take a breath. You can practice "breathe fast and breathe slowly" more.

(2) Breathing in surprise means breathing in at the moment before singing, instead of taking a breath in advance and waiting;

(3) Every breath should be sucked quickly until the lower abdomen.

(4) Listen to the place where the original singer is familiar with breathing, find the correct breathing position in the song, and solve the problem of not breathing.
