Cab suspension is generally divided into fixed type and suspended type. At present, the stationary type is mainly used in light trucks, and the rubber isolator is mainly used as a shock absorption mechanism.

Solve the volume change of hydraulic cavity when the inner rod moves.

Liquid is incompressible. After the inner rod is pressed in, the volume of the inner cavity is slightly reduced enough to generate high pressure, that is, to absorb oil leakage. Generally speaking, the hydraulic cavity of civil vehicles is not full, and some gas will be reserved to adapt to this volume change. However, in the case of severe shock absorption, gas may produce bubbles in hydraulic oil, which will cause vibration and instability when passing through the piston! If the air bag is used, this volume change can be alleviated by contraction, and the oil and gas can be separated, so as to avoid the bubbles generated by the damping oil from affecting the damping effect.
