Freeways are free at any festival.

Freeway tolls are exempted for the following festivals:

1, Spring Festival: it starts at 0: 00 on February 4th and ends at 24: 00 on February 10, and lasts for 7 days.

2. Tomb-Sweeping Day: It starts at 0: 00 on April 5 and ends at 24: 00 on April 7, and lasts for ***3 days;

3. May Day: It starts at 0: 00 on May 1 day and ends at 24: 00 on May 1 day, *** 1 day;

4. National Day: 10 starts at 0: 00 on 10/day and ends at 24: 00 on 1 0, * * 7 days.

Free vehicles on the highway:

1, vehicles of the national army and the armed police;

2, in line with the provisions of the green channel truck;

3. 120 ambulances on duty, some vehicles in Guoan, and vehicles with special pass cards or warning pass cards;

4. During major festivals, special attention should be paid to the number of minibuses with less than 7 seats, including motorcycles allowed to drive on ordinary toll roads. The maximum speed of passenger cars driving on expressways shall not exceed 120km, other motor vehicles shall not exceed 100km, and motorcycles shall not exceed 80km.

The management of toll roads has the right to collect vehicle tolls from vehicles approved to pass through toll roads according to law.

Military vehicles, vehicles of the Armed Police Force, standard police cars with uniform signs used by public security organs to handle traffic accidents, perform normal patrol tasks and deal with emergencies on toll roads within their jurisdiction, and vehicles that have been approved by the transportation department of the State Council or the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to perform emergency rescue and disaster relief tasks are exempt from vehicle tolls.

Vehicles of combine harvesters and transport combine harvesters (including rice transplanters) that perform cross-regional operations are exempt from vehicle tolls. Combine harvesters are not allowed to pass on the expressway.
