How to judge the quality of automobile fuel pressure regulating valve

The fuel pressure regulator is broken: the blockage is broken, the oil pressure is high, the mixture is too thick, and the pressure relief is broken, so the vehicle will have insufficient power or even fail to get a taxi. Principle of fuel pressure regulator: 1. The oil pressure is coordinated by the spring and the vacuum degree of the air chamber. When the oil pressure is higher than the standard value, the high-pressure fuel pushes the diaphragm upward, the ball valve opens, and the excess fuel flows back to the oil tank through the oil return pipe. 2. When the pressure is lower than the standard value, the spring will compress the diaphragm, close the ball valve and stop oil return. The function of the pressure regulator is to keep the pressure in the oil circuit constant. If the oil pressure is too low, the injector will inject too little or no oil, and if the oil pressure is too high, it will damage the oil circuit or the injector. 3. There is a diaphragm inside the pressure regulator to control the opening and closing of the pressure valve. When the oil pressure is lower than a certain value, the pressure valve is closed, and the pressure in the oil circuit is increased by boosting the oil pump. When the pressure exceeds the specified pressure, the diaphragm opens, and the overpressure fuel flows back to the fuel tank through the oil return pipe to reduce the pressure.
