When the car is ignited, there is no signal from the fuel injector.
When the engine is working normally, the fuel injector needs to inject fuel, and it also needs the spark plug to generate energy to do work. However, if the fuel injector does not inject fuel when it is started, it may be due to the fuel injector itself and the control circuit. Let's analyze the reasons for the failure.
Fuel injector control principle
When the fuel injector works, the engine computer will energize the electromagnetic coil. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, it will generate magnetic force, which will make the needle valve move upward. When the needle valve is opened, the fuel injector will inject fuel from the injection port. The fuel injector will have two pins. Terminal 1 of the fuel injector is controlled by IG ignition. When the ignition switch is turned on,
Terminal 1 has a voltage of 12 volts, and terminal 2 connected to the computer terminal is also the negative electrode of the injector. The control of this negative electrode is controlled by the pulse signal sent by the computer, where 10 represents the fuel injector of the first cylinder.
