What does Chang Xia San Xin mean?
Sanxin in Long Summer, also known as Sanxian in Long Summer, is a folk food custom in China. The traditional "three innovations" are: cherry in Xuanwu Lake, plum in Gaochun and shad in Zhenjiang. Long summer is one of the twenty-four solar terms in China lunar calendar, and it is the beginning of summer.
