Reading notes in spring

Three notes on spring

Spring, also known as spring, is the first season of the year, and it is the season when everything recovers. March-May is the Gregorian calendar in the northern hemisphere, and September-165438+ 10 in the southern hemisphere (such as Australia). In climatology, the beginning of spring is that the average daily temperature for five consecutive days is above 10℃. In spring, the climate is warm and mild, and there is rain in most inland areas of China, where everything germinates and the climate is changeable. The following are the reading notes I shared with you in the spring. Let's have a look!

Chunyi's reading notes

Summer comes so early, spring and autumn are always short, and summer and winter are always the most difficult seasons for people. Two extremes, nobody likes them. Like the equator and the north and south poles. Who wants to go? Standing in the sun and in the cold wind, I'm afraid few people can make a decisive choice.

Yes, this extreme environment, when we are in it, we will be very painful, but when we need them, we can't wait to enter the environment we need. At least we feel that way. In winter, we can't wear enough clothes, and the cold wind drills into our bones mercilessly, and the whole person seems to be frozen in the wind. It is worse when it rains. It's freezing cold, and at the same time, it's anti-slip. Wear a poncho when breaking up. At this time, we can't wait to run into the house, wrap ourselves in the quilt, and long for the warm and bright sunshine in summer. At that time, we couldn't figure out how summer could be so uncomfortable.

However, when it is hot, like now, it feels hot in summer. Walking on the way to the canteen at noon, it was extremely hot. At that time, if there was a room with cool air conditioning, even if it was just a shade, I would be very satisfied. But only the dazzling sunshine greeted us, and the hot air lingered around us. At that time, I really hoped that there was a kind of magic that would make me return to winter immediately. Ah, that will be very comfortable!

Many things in the world are like this. Only when you need it, can you know its benefits and value, and can you look at it correctly.

Reading Notes in Spring II

There is a holly tree in front of my house. Last winter, it became dark and dry, and we almost got rid of it. But this summer, it is full of vitality, and we are all glad that we have not got rid of this brave man who is persevering and waiting for spring.

The soldier's spirit reminds me of our great mother, the motherland.

China, what a strong mother. It protects its children with strength and patience.

Similarly, Chinese mothers are also "sickly". In Wenchuan earthquake and Hunan snowstorm, China did not fall down, but tried her best to protect her children.

At the Olympic Games, the motherland showed its most beautiful side to the whole world.

I am proud that I am a descendant of the Chinese people, and I am proud that I live in China. I also believe that China will stand up in the face of difficulties and prove to the world that we are not the "sick man of East Asia".

If winter comes, can spring be far behind? Summer comes so early, spring and autumn are always short, and summer and winter are always the most difficult seasons for people. Two extremes, nobody likes them. Like the equator and the north and south poles. Who wants to go? Standing in the sun and in the cold wind, I'm afraid few people can make a decisive choice.

In winter, we don't have enough clothes, and cold air gets into our house mercilessly. It is worse when it rains. ① It's freezing cold, ① It's necessary to prevent slippery, and wear ponchos when breaking up. However, it was hot on the first day, just like now, it is already hot in summer. Walking on the way to the canteen at noon, it was extremely hot. At that time, if there was a room with cool air conditioning, even if it was just a shade, I was very satisfied. But the door that greeted me was just dazzling sunshine, surrounded by hot air. Reading Notes in Spring III

Spring in the classroom is not only the name of a book, but also the mood and expectation of educators. I look forward to every classroom, like spring, full of order, rhythm and vitality. This is mentioned by Mr. Jin in the preface of the updated edition of Spring in the Classroom. After reading these words and the whole book, I am deeply touched.

This book is a book about class management recommended by the teacher during college. It hasn't been published in Chinese mainland. I took it from the teacher and copied it. This book provides me with a wealth of information: background theoretical knowledge, the most important practical exercises, and some experienced teachers' feelings or responses to actual cases. Indeed, in today's educational environment, a good teacher can't be profound only in his own professional knowledge. How to manage the whole classroom atmosphere and deal with unexpected situations in the classroom is an important key to the success of teaching. Imagine: if a very top-notch and academically proficient teacher walks into the classroom, he can't control it completely, regardless of the noise and indifference of his classmates, and then turns a blind eye. He had to give lectures on the stage alone and lacked good communication with students. This will not only fail to achieve the teaching effect, but will make students more resistant to learning. Therefore, teachers must understand the possible behaviors of students in group learning life, diagnose and analyze them, and take appropriate measures to deal with them, which will not only help students adapt to the more complicated group life in the future society and life from the group experience of small classes in schools, but also help teachers to be more efficient and confident in the teaching process.

Class management is not only a science, but also an art. This book is divided into three parts.

The first part is "classroom management", which introduces eight conventional models. All models have their own set of ideas, and each idea has similarities and differences, but it will be helpful for thinking about students' routines and behavior problems.

The second part is "the art of classroom management", which summarizes three methods to encourage students to increase good behavior and lists several effective routine training programs to help children in need. The content is diverse, which supplements the data of the previous model, and the two can be used in comparison. In addition, it also provides 17 steps to guide the regular system of organizing classes.

The last part is "the application of classroom management", including the routine system provided by six teachers with rich teaching experience, and the cases of practicing and testing their own routine system. Considering the applicability of different cultures and ages, some teachers are invited to provide valuable classroom management experience to meet the application under the current education system, which is very helpful.

In the book, I mentioned eight kinds of theories, among which the theory of "group dynamics" is my favorite and the most applicable. A class is like a small group, in which each student plays a different role.

If teachers can clearly grasp these roles, they will certainly make the class go smoothly. In addition, teachers should also play many different roles, for example, mediators: when disputes occur, teachers must act as mediators; Acting parents: Teachers are also the source of protection, recognition, emotion and advice; Learning assistant: guiding students' learning direction, preaching, teaching, solving doubts and so on. Therefore, the responsibility of teachers is quite important, which makes me have a good vigilance, makes me know how to listen, watch and learn more, and makes me a good teacher.

Another thing worth reading in this book is that examples are added at the back of each chapter for readers to practice, so that readers can clearly review some important contents they have seen in that chapter, or review unfamiliar places again. At the same time, you can also imagine some situations you will encounter in the future. Although it cannot be the same as 100%, it will definitely be a good reference.

Briefly introduce the theory of "group dynamics";

Group motivation refers to the psychological force that affects individual behavior in a group. This power is hidden behind the "secret code" of group behavior. When these passwords are different from those set by the teacher, conflicts will break out. Therefore, as long as students' motivation is understood, classroom management can be said to be half finished.

Teachers shoulder the role that many students expect teachers to play. Sometimes teachers have no choice but to accept all these roles, but in general, teachers still have a choice of which roles to choose and which roles to undertake. Only when teachers decide to assume the same and consistent roles can the functions of the classroom run smoothly.

Many accidental situations in class may make students temporarily out of control. In this case, the way of punishment is unnecessary. Teachers are just helping students find the power of self-control. Providing emotional help does have many advantages, such as reducing doubts, allowing students to concentrate on their studies and establishing a friendly image of teachers who are helpful.

After reading this book, I can not only learn a lot of valuable knowledge and experience through the various types and concepts of class management provided by the author, but I think the most important thing is that teachers themselves need to care about students with "heart", otherwise it is disconsolate to understand these concepts and knowledge. For example, there have been many movies about the hot teacher, such as the story of the hot teacher, the crazy nun, the cowboy class and so on. Of course, the plot is a little exaggerated, and the average teacher is helpless to some rebellious students' classes, and even will discipline the whole class more severely, but we know that this is only a temporary solution, not a permanent cure. When the teacher was excluded from the class, he didn't know that the students who took the lead were responsible. They all agree that they are a hopeless class and can't learn. Whoever teaches bad luck usually takes them to the teacher who just came in. The teacher, the protagonist in the play, leads the class in a completely different way. In fact, those funny students just want to attract the attention of adults and make the teacher ugly. But because the teacher's behavior is too special, it violates a lot of education.

Specifications, this point aside. Although the teacher lacks professional knowledge, he cares about everyone in the class, perceives the factors behind the students' rebellion and tries his best to help the students. Although there are many jokes, the focus should be on his "intention" to run his own class and successfully win the favor of this class that is a headache for other teachers. The book also mentioned that today's students really don't respect authority like children in the past. They understand that parents can be used to contain teachers. If it is not what they want, they may tell the headmaster or exaggerate the situation to their parents, and the students' subjectivity will become stronger. Under such circumstances, teachers should constantly enrich themselves, change the strategies of class management, help each other share "consulting experience", and how to keep students healthy in the group when individualism is high.

As a new teacher, I still have a long way to go I hope that through my study, my efforts and my heart, my classroom will be full of spring.
