Solution to excessive valve clearance: 1. When adjusting the valve clearance, firstly loosen the lock nut and the adjusting screw, insert the feeler gauge with the same thickness as the specified valve clearance into the gap between the adjusted valve foot and the rocker arm, then turn the adjusting screw and pull the feeler gauge back and forth;

2. When the feeler gauge has slight resistance, it should be rechecked after tightening the lock nut. If the clearance changes, it should be readjusted.

3. Start the engine, turn it counterclockwise, align the scale line next to the T-shape with the middle of the generator scale observation hole, and pull it back and forth.
