I am not familiar with the welding principle and application scope of steel bar gas pressure welding.

The construction system of steel bar air pressure welding machine device is shown in Figure 3-2 1.

Air pressure welding of steel bars is a construction method of heating the joint of two steel bars with oxygen-acetylene flame to make it plastic, and then applying appropriate axial pressure to form a firm butt joint.

Steel bar pneumatic welding equipment is portable and can be used for butt welding of steel bars in vertical position, horizontal position or inclined position. When the diameters of two steel bars are different, the difference between the two diameters shall not be greater than 7 mm

Gas pressure welding of steel bars is suitable for hot-rolled HPB300, HRB335, HRB400 and HRB500 steel bars with diameters of 12 ~ 40mm.
