How to install carburetor of FAW Wang Jingying generator

1. Assemble the carburetor of FAW Silent King generator. First, assemble the upper valve body and the lower valve body, and operate the gasket correctly.

2. Install the idle fluctuation compensator.

3. Put the needle valve and spring into the upper body hole of carburetor, and install the sealing ring on the idle stop valve.

4. Install the carburetor small throat and each measuring hole.

5. Install the float and adjust the oil level in the float chamber.

6. Connect the upper and lower parts of the carburetor, and install the choke zipper and vacuum hose.

7, adjust the throttle opening, open the idle mechanism, the engine idling.

8. Adjust the control mechanism and throttle control mechanism so that the throttle lever can reach the full throttle position.
