It's freezing and rainy, and it's night in Wu. When do you see Fujian Gushan in Pingming?
It's cold and rainy, it's night in Wu, and it's lonely in autumn. From the Tang Dynasty poet Wang Changling's "Lotus Inn and Xin Qiji Parting", it means: I came to Wudi on a cold and rainy night. After seeing my friends off at dawn, I only left the lonely shadow of Chushan.
This poem was written around the twenty-ninth year of Kaiyuan. Wang Changling left Beijing for Jiangning (now Nanjing), and Xin gradually became friends with the author. This time, he plans to cross the river from Runzhou, pass through Yangzhou and go north to Luoyang. Wang Changling may accompany him from Jiangning to Runzhou, and then break up here. The original name of this poem is * * *, and this poem is about leaving by the river the next morning.
