Liu Kaiqu Memorial Hall is an antique building with classical style. The memorial hall faces south, surrounded by mountains and waters, and has an elegant environment. The building area is 4977 square meters, and the flower bed area in front of the square is 1.477 square meters. The front yard is a rectangular yard. Two symmetrical two-story buildings in front form the memorial hall, and the four two-story buildings in the middle are the exhibition halls end to end. There are comprehensive exhibition halls and 1, 2 and 3 exhibition halls respectively. There are a large number of precious works and letters of masters, as well as some precious images, books and newspapers in the museum, which show people Mr. Qu Kai's glorious life as an outstanding artist and art educator. The backyard is the owner's graveyard, surrounded by pines and cypresses. On the quaint semi-circular tombstone, the gold inscription "The Tomb of the People's Artist and Sculptor Liu Kaiqu" inscribed by Zhao Puchu, Vice Chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, is engraved.
