Difference between full-feed harvester and semi-feed harvester
There are obvious differences in structure between full-feed combine and semi-feed combine. First, the header is different. This is also the most intuitive and effective way to distinguish between full feeding and half feeding. The all-in-one machine can see the huge scroll and auger on the bucket header frame. During operation, the crops are pushed backward to the cutter by the reel, and the cut crops are conveyed to the feed inlet by the screw conveyor. The semi-feeding header realizes the orderly clamping and conveying of straw through a series of fingers and chains. Secondly, threshing drum is different from threshing teeth. Threshing teeth are mostly nail teeth, and there are three kinds of threshing rollers: horizontal, vertical and horizontal double rollers. The semi-feeding threshing teeth are all bow teeth, and the threshing drum is axial. Thirdly, all semi-feed combine harvesters are equipped with grass cutters, and the threshed straw can be chopped or laid flat, which is convenient for comprehensive utilization of straw.
