After clearing the throttle, the engine whistled.

First, the reason analysis:

1, the thermostat won't open, and the coolant can't circulate;

2. The radiator or engine water jacket is blocked, resulting in the coolant not working normally;

3, water pump impeller corrosion pump water pressure is not enough;

4. The radiator of the water tank is deformed or blocked by foreign objects, which affects the heat dissipation effect;

5. Serious leakage and insufficient coolant;

6, the engine ignition is too late;

7. The water pump belt is too loose;

8. The electronic fan is not working or the speed is too slow.

Second, the treatment method

1. Find a safe place to stop immediately, but don't turn off the engine immediately. Keep the vehicle idling and continue to dissipate heat. At the same time, open the engine cover to increase the cooling speed, and observe whether the cooling fan is running. Because of the flameout at this time, all parts are in an expanded state, and the fit gap is very small. After stopping, some soft metals will fall off, and some will even stick to the cylinder. Never pour cold water on the engine cylinder block and cylinder head to cool it. This may cause the engine block to burst due to sudden cooling, resulting in irreparable consequences. In addition, it should be noted that at this time, do not try to open the radiator cover or the coolant compensation box cover, otherwise it is likely to spray hot liquid and cause burns.

2. After stopping and opening the engine cover to dissipate heat, check whether there is water leakage under the car. After a period of time, wait until the pointer of the water thermometer drops to a suitable temperature position, and then turn off the engine (flameout).

3. Wrap the lid of the coolant compensation tank with a wet towel after the flameout, and slowly turn on the first switch (1/4 rpm or so). After the steam pressure is released, completely open the cover of the coolant compensation tank and check whether the liquid and fan in the radiator are abnormal. If the coolant is insufficient, it should be added to the vicinity of the minimum and maximum lines in time. If there is no coolant on hand, you can temporarily replace it with water, and then you need to replace all the coolant. If the radiator leaks or the fan doesn't work, you should call the repair shop and wait for help. If necessary, you can also drive the car to the repair shop at a low speed after the engine is completely cooled.
