The climate of Lhasa, Tibet all year round
Lhasa, alias Luoxue and Sunlight City, is the capital of Xizang Autonomous Region, China, an international tourist city with plateau and ethnic characteristics, a political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological education center in Tibet and a holy place of Tibetan Buddhism. The annual sunshine time is more than 3000 hours, and it is known as the "Sunshine City". Lhasa is located in the southeast of Xizang Autonomous Region, on the north bank of Lhasa River, a tributary of Yarlung Zangbo River.
