Electronic throttle fault of BMW motorcycle

1. Loose or poor contact of the accelerator pedal position sensor or the plug on the accelerator pedal position sensor of the electronic accelerator system will interrupt the signal transmission between the computer and the accelerator pedal position sensor or the accelerator position sensor, thus lighting the warning light (EPC) of the electronic accelerator system, and the accelerator pedal will feel empty; Slippery sensor;

2. When one accelerator position sensor is damaged and the system uses the signal of another sensor, and the response to the accelerator pedal remains unchanged, there will only be acceleration weakness, shift impact, cruise system shutdown, EPC light on and fault code storage; Slippery sensor;

3. The throttle of a vehicle equipped with an electronic throttle is too dirty, usually because there is too much carbon deposited on the inside of the throttle, which will cause the EPC light to light frequently, and the vehicle will suddenly turn off and shake all the time while driving. Remove the throttle valve, thoroughly clean it, and then re-match it to eliminate the fault.
