Matters needing attention in running-in period of new car:

1. During running-in, fully open throttle and rapid acceleration should be avoided.

2. During the running-in period, it is recommended to change the oil for the first time at 1000 km. If you use the vehicle in bad road conditions, you need to change the oil in advance.

Preheating when motorcycle starts;

1, when starting the engine, slightly open and close the throttle, warm up for 3~5 minutes, and then confirm whether the engine idle speed is within the range specified in the manual.

2. After the engine is fully warmed up, drive at low speed 1 ~ 2km, and then drive at high speed.

3. When riding a bicycle in a cold state, be sure to open the throttle handle and close the throttle handle when starting until the engine runs smoothly.

Don't slam on the accelerator at high speed when in neutral.

1) Check whether the fuel in the fuel tank, engine fuel tank and gearbox is sufficient.

Add if necessary;

2) Check whether the fuel switch, transmission and front and rear shock absorbers leak oil;

3) Check the fastening of fasteners;

4) Check whether the brake is in good working condition;

5) Check whether the tire pressure is sufficient and inflate it if necessary;

6) Check whether the signal system and lighting are in good condition;

7) Check whether the electrolyte surface of the battery meets the requirements.

2. Inspection during driving:

1) When the engine has abnormal sound, brake failure, tire leakage or insufficient air pressure, it should immediately stop for repair, and it is not allowed to drive reluctantly to prevent accidents;

2) Check the working conditions of the front and rear brakes;

3) Check the working condition of the clutch;

4) Check the working conditions of odometer and tachometer;

5) Check the working condition of the steering handle;

6) During the rest period, check whether the connecting bolts and nuts of the main components are loose or fall off.

3. Inspection after receiving the car:

1) Clean the whole vehicle. (After washing the engine with water, start the engine immediately and idle for a few minutes).

Precautions for cleaning vehicles:

(1) Don't flush with high-pressure water gun;

(2) Try not to flush all kinds of electrical appliances and cables with water;

(3) Clean the switches and lamps with a dry cloth immediately after they have water, and don't blow them with a high-pressure air gun;

(4) After cleaning, run the engine at idle speed for several minutes.

2) Check whether there is oil leakage or air leakage, and replenish fuel, engine oil and brake fluid. If necessary, the battery should also be replenished;

3) Check whether the fasteners are loose;

4) If the vehicle has been parked for more than 1 month, an intermediate bracket shall be set to drain the fuel, and the battery shall be taken out for storage after charging, and charged once a month.
