How to Disassemble Honda 190 Motorcycle Throttle Sensor

When removing the throttle sensor, be careful not to damage other components.

1. Buy a suitable throttle position sensor and remove the throttle.

2. Please note that the sensor has an inverted clip. If it is damaged, it will be difficult to take it out. Screw in the antenna and pull it out with pliers. Don't damage other places.

3. Take out the original damaged sensor and install a new sensor device.

4. Before installing the throttle, disconnect the negative electrode of the battery. After installation, the ignition should be started immediately, and the key door should be opened and closed for 4-5 times.

The original intention of Honda to develop 190 series motorcycles is mainly because the competitors in the market are too weak. Although there are many motorcycles competing with 190 series, not many can achieve excellent quality.
