After cleaning, install the throttle valve in the order of removing the throttle valve, and try to see if the air intake of the cleaned throttle valve is unobstructed. Throttle is a controllable valve, which is used to control air to enter the engine. Above (or in front of) is the air filter, and below is the engine block. The position of the throttle valve is equivalent to the throat of the car. After the air enters the intake pipe, it needs to pass through the throttle valve, and then it is mixed with gasoline to form a combustible mixture to participate in combustion and work. Whether the idle speed is stable and the acceleration is flexible is closely related to the cleanliness of the throttle. As long as you find the car's air filter, you can find the throttle. Although the structure is different from other naturally aspirated engine models, it is not difficult to remove the throttle, and only an ordinary screwdriver is needed to solve it. First, the engine hood must be removed before the pressure pipe and the pipeline fixed on it can be removed. In the process of removing the screws, the owner should pay attention to prevent the screws from falling into the engine compartment. After removing the pressure pipe, the throttle valve can be seen. Because the throttle valve is relatively low and there are many surrounding pipelines, the owner should be careful when disassembling the throttle valve to avoid damaging the pipelines. When the throttle is taken out, the engine block is exposed. The owner must hold this empty lock and remember to cover the exhaust pipe to prevent foreign objects from entering the engine block.
