When were you stung?
Sting is one of the twenty-four solar terms in China, which represents the gradual arrival of spring, the gradual increase of yang, frequent animal and plant activities and changeable weather. Sting usually occurs around March 5th or 6th, marking the third solar term after beginning of spring. From the perspective of the lunar calendar, the panic started in Yin Shi (5 o'clock) and ended in Shimao (7 o'clock).
In this solar term, the temperature began to rise, the rain increased, the earth warmed up, and everything recovered. Therefore, spring ploughing and planting is an important work at this time.
