Common faults of KIA k2

The common faults of KIA k2 mainly include the following aspects:

1. New car balance weight rusts: Due to the weather, the iron plate of new car K2 is easy to rust. This may be caused by the material or treatment method of the fixed lead block, so it is recommended to replace it during dynamic balance.

2. The engine works with jitter and high fuel consumption: This may be due to incomplete combustion caused by not cleaning the throttle regularly, not removing carbon deposits regularly, not replacing the air filter in time and not replacing the spark plug in time.

3. Manual gear shifting: This may be caused by improper operation and improper clutch.

4. Burning smell: It may be caused by leakage or loss of electrolyte, overheating of wires or short circuit of electrical appliances. Electrolyte leakage mostly occurs on wet batteries. If the electrolyte leaks or loses money, it will give off a pungent smell. In addition, if the oil jumps into the cylinder chamber to participate in combustion, it may also produce a burnt smell.

5. The automatic gear is frustrated: This may be caused by the pressure relief of the clutch inside the gearbox, the poor card issuance of the gearbox oil circuit, the failure of the gearbox oil addition standard or the damage of the solenoid valve.

6. Chassis failure: You may encounter problems such as broken ball joint of tie rod, damaged differential, insufficient brake fluid of brake master cylinder, brake fluid leakage of brake cylinder or broken cylinder.
